What is Vodkow made from?
Vodkow is a unique spirit distilled from milk permeate, the sugar-rich part of milk that remains after making butter and cheese. This process creates an incredibly smooth vodka while reducing dairy waste.
Where do you ship your products?
We currently offer shipping across Canada. Please note that delivery availability may vary by province due to local liquor regulations. A valid ID must be presented upon delivery.
Is Vodkow lactose-free and gluten-free?
Yes. While Vodkow is made from dairy, the distillation process removes all lactose and proteins. It is also naturally gluten-free, making it a safe choice for those with dietary sensitivities.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on alcohol. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.
Can I visit the distillery in person?
Absolutely! We welcome visitors to our distillery in Almonte, Ontario, for tastings, tours, and to shop our full range of spirits and dairy-based creams.
